The staff at Nørrebro Bryghus know their beer and are happy to explain the various tastes, ingredients and processes of brewing beer.
The bar and the restaurant serve up to 10 different hand brewed Nørrebro Bryghus beer and sometimes also guest brews from other Danish Breweries.
The chef uses the beer creatively and it is one of the central ingredients in many of the dishes served in the restaurant. The staff will furthermore recommend the beer best suited to accompany your meal.

The head brewer is responsible for the brewing process from start till end. He decides the type of beer to be brewed and chooses the right water, malt, hops and yeast. He discusses with staff and guests to hear if the beer is well received and works on new ideas with the brewers and the kitchen chef. He gladly explains how good beer is brewed - because that is his passion.
Nørrebro Bryghus brews approximately 10 - 20.000 litre beer a month. The brewery experiments both with well known beer types and completely new recipies, so there is always good beer for almost every taste.
