Beer calendar

This is a list of beer available at Nørrebro Bryghus today.

Stuykman Wit - Inspired by the traditional Belgian Wit bier. Our version is brewed with 50 % organic Danish wheat, and it holds 5,3 % ABV. Good body with some sweetness and quite spicy aroma – partly from the added coriander seed and Curacao (orange peel). The light acidity and low bitterness makes this unfiltered beer very refreshing and perfect for those who do not prefer the heavier and more bitter beer styles.

Çeske Böhmer - A very classic 5.0 % ABV Pilsner type beer inspired by the way this is brewed in Bohemia. Brewed exclusively from Bohemian lager malt and Saazer hops this beer is clear, light coloured and crisp. Medium bodied with soft, smooth bitterness, distinctive malty taste, and an elegant spicy, hoppy aroma.

New York Lager - A traditional, American pre-prohibition lager. Full bodied, dark golden colour with 5.2 % ABV. Intensely malty with notes of caramel, pronounced bitterness and a floral aroma of North American Cascade hops.

Ravnsborg Rød - A version of the classic British Amber or Red Ale. Reddish brown, smooth, round and full bodied with 5.5 % ABV. Dense malt character mixed with intense fruity and aromatic aromas. The taste is dominated by the fruitiness supplemented by spicy notes of Amarillo hops. Soft bitterness and a slightly sweet, creamy finish.

Furesø Framboise – a filtered Belgian wheat beer 5.3 % ABV, added raspberry in the last days of maturing. With a low sugar level and fair amounts of acidity it is dry and bubbly fresh. Light pink in colour with a distinct scent and taste of raspberries it is a clear cut winner for the more sensitive mouthes.

Pacific Summer Ale - The second guest brew of Nørrebro Bryghus. Created in co-operation with master brewer Garrett Oliver, Brooklyn Brewery it is a 5.6% ABV clear, pale and dry ale with a light malt character. However, both aroma and flavor is dominated by three new North American aroma hops – Vanguard, Athanum and Amarillo – which are heavily used in dry hopping this ale. The result is a crisp, spicy and fairly bitter ale with a long lasting finish of citrus and pine needles.
